August 30, 2008.....Portsmouth N.H. - 3rd Annual Car Show to benefit The Working Dog Foundation & Police K9 Academy. Rain Date Sunday August 31st. Police K9 Academy at Pease Air National Guard. Gates open at 8:00 am Trophies at 2:00 pm. Car & one passenger $10 Spectators $3. 30 classes Car & Trucks. September 14, 2008.....Manchester N.H. - Cars for a Cause. Hillcrest Terrace, 200 Alliance Way (off Hacket Hill Rd.). Rain date: September 21st. 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Benefits Good News Garage (GNG) which seeks car donations; repairs them, then provides the car to low income families helping them to gain access to jobs and other economic opportunities. September 20-21, 2008.....Manchester N.H. -Cruising Downtown. Elm Street, 8am to 6pm, Car show with live music, food, venders, raffles, give aways and more. Proceeds to Manchester School of Technology, Manchester Police Athletic League and New Horizons for New hampshire. Cruise night with live music, prizes and more at Ron's Toy Shop 235 Elm St. 6pm-midnight. Sunday Sept 21, Covered Bridge Cruise. 10am to ?? September 27.....Concord N.H. - Bektash Antique, Classic and Street Rod Car Show. Wal-Mart Loudon Rd. 8 am-2 pm. $8 entry fee. Registration 8-11 am. Free dash plaques to the first 100 vehicles. Food, Music, 50/50, Door Prizes. Trophies awarded at 1 pm. All proceeds will benefit Bektash Shrine.
September 28, 2008.....Hollis N.H. - 3rd Annual Hollis/Brookline High School First Robotics Car Show. 24 Cavalier Court. (7 miles from Amherst Flea Market). 10 AM TO 3PM. $10 registration fee. All years/makes/kinds of vehicles welcome!! 18 different trophy classes plus 8 Specialty Awards!! "Best Of" Trophies voted on by your peers. Food, Raffles and more.
