STAR made our way to Claremont N.H. and Twin State Speedway for our annual visit to this great bullring. The weather cancelled the race activities but we were able to get some track time. STAR had our annual cook-out at Twin State and what a great time it was. Dishes from the members and cooked by the board of directors. Thanks to all who made this such a great time.

Car Show
Vintage race cars were invited to participate in the 38th Annual Bay State Antique Auto Car Show in Dedham Ma. S.T.A.R. was represented as well as a couple other clubs at this great venue Endicott Estate.

Seekonk Speedway
Seekonk Ma.
A night of nostalgia at Seekonk Speedway was held on July 4th. at the Massachusetts' oval. The S.T.A.R. club was joined by N.E.A.R. (New England Antique Racers) as well as a few cars from A.C.O.T. (Atlantic Coast Old Timers). Great weather for a change and all had a great time.
S.T.A.R. had a large turnout for the Seekonk show.
After a five month restoration Charlie Lima's 2X is back.

FEATURE TIME
We had no qualifying races. There was a N.E,A.R. feature followed by a S.T.A.R Sportsman Feature and we finished off the night with S.T.A.R.'s Modified Feature.

Oxford Plains Speedway
Oxford Maine
We made the trip to Oxford Plains Speedway on June 27th. The 2.5 hour trip was well worth it. It was a "Motorheads Paradise" as the oval track and the drag strip were in operation at the same time. This Maine speedway has a very long racing history and is one of the more popular stops on the tour.
